Manufacturer defect

The left boot heel bed was much smaller than the right boot.
At first it was just a little snug. Then I developed a swollen achilles tendon.
I brought the boot to the shoe repair to stretch it, but after a week of that, it was still snug. The shoe repair man said it was a manufacturer defect.
I was worried that TS wouldn't take back as a return, but they did with no hesitation. I was so relieved.

I got these for Christmas 2025. I love them ! So comfy I wear them 4 days out of 7, and I don't live on a farm and I don't work a farm. I wear them to a corporate job. They are super comfortable, a great fit and super cute . I love them with dresses, jeans or leggings, they dress up or down.

My everyday go to… I love these boots so much I wear them every where I go. I’m on at least my 5th pair since 2017/2018. I’ve walked through water, snow, on ice, in mud, and my feet don’t get wet. I work in them, I walk long distances in them, I stand in them all day. They’re a classic and cute round toe that goes with literally anything.
I’m a size 12 and while I don’t have many options available to me… I’m okay with that as long as this style is available.
