Our dog Spike has lived in his vest from October to April for the last four years. It has been well loved and has never let us down. It was just starting to sure extreme wear, so he got another for Christmas. Can’t recommend enough! Amazing quality for even the most adventurous dogs!

Durable Dog Jacket/Coat

Shiloh is still a rough and tumble puppy at roughly 18 months old. I initially bought her a pretty winter coat with a nylon shell. That coat lasted 2, maybe 3 times to doggie day care and was ripped beyond repair. I began searching for a coat that would keep her warm as well as last through puppy play and found this coat at Ariat. The canvas outer layer is much more durable, and the coat keeps her warm. She has worn this coat to day camp several times now, and it still looks like new, other than a bit dusty from tumbling in the dirt with her playmates. The coat fits her very well, but I wish it was just a tad longer on her back. I bought the medium size for Shiloh who is approximately 40 lbs. with the following measurements: Neck-15"; Chest-26"; Length (neck to base of tail)-20". Overall, though, this coat is exactly what I needed for my high-energy puppy, and I highly recommend it for anyone with similar needs. See attached photos of Shiloh in her coat.
