Durvet Bloat Treatment for use as an aid in the treatment of Frothy Bloat in ruminants and as a fecal softener. Administer this bloat treatment in cattle, sheep, and goats through a stomach tube or drench.

Q: my goat is bloated but not foaming can I still use this? Also I don't know how to stomache tube and unsure what drench is?

- A: I use this when my goat shows pain or distress. I do not use a stomach tube. I use the recommended amount in a large syringe without a needle. If you do this slowly so they can swallow you will be fine. Another treatment I use for bloat if this doesn’t relieve symptoms is Milk of Magnesia dosed the same way. The best thing is to try to find a good vet willing to help you.5 years agoHelpful?

One of my pygmy goats had frothy bloat and I had tried everything I could, I tried vegetable oil and mineral oil. After a day he wasn't showing no improvement. I went to tractor supply and bought this and gave him his first dose which was 35 ml and then three hours later I gave him another dose of 35 ml. Within 8 hours of his second dose he was back to normal.
Yes, I recommend this product.
