Q: Can this product be used on large dogs with leg/hip pain?
2 years ago- A: We'd recommend the original liquid form of this product, Absorbine Veterinary Liniment, available at Tractor Supply stores. The liquid will be able to soak through the coat to the skin better, and is a better strength for dogs. We suggest testing it on a small area of skin to make sure the dog is not sensitive to it. If it becomes very red, or the dog seems uncomfortable, discontinue. If they tolerate it well, you can apply it 1-2 times per day to help reduce joint and muscle pain, and speed healing. Use it as a warm-up before walks or activity as well.2 years agoHelpful?
