Rapidly kill and repel more than 70 species of pests with Absorbine Bug Block Insecticide & Repellent. The insecticide contains pyrethrins and permethrin, two active ingredients that are essential for killing and repelling more than 70 different species of biting flies, gnats, ticks, and mosquitoes, including the Culex species of mosquito known to transmit the West Nile virus. The repellent also works on hard-to-kill threats such as scorpions and black widow spiders and can be used as a premise spray. The spray is safe for use around horses, ponies, and dogs. - A: Yes, Bug Block can be used on dogs. We recommend using a cloth to apply the product to sensitive areas. Work the product into the dog's coat with a cloth for even coverage. Reach all areas of the dog's skin and coat for effective coverage. You may spray it on directly for the non-sensitive areas if appropriate. Do not apply the product to the point where the dog's coat is soaked, only slightly damp. - A: Yes, this product is approved for use on dog bedding and couches. Allow to dry fully before letting the dog back on them. If your dog licks a little off here and there there is no harm. Easy to apply. Works better than most fly sprays I’ve tried on my horse but the sprayer is noisy if you have a horse sensitive to spray bottle noises.
