Buy Online Pickup In-Store is available in all stores. Look for the “Free in-store Pickup” option on the product page.
You can pickup your order yourself or you can designate another person for pickup by selecting “choose another person” during checkout.
The designated pickup person should bring a driver’s license, or a government issued ID, and to help expedite the pickup please bring the “Ready for Pickup” email.
Please note some items may have age restrictions. Please ensure your designated pickup person is old enough to pick up items with age restrictions.
Look for “Free In-Store Pickup” on the product pages for items that can be purchased online and picked up in the store. If the item is not available for store pickup, see if it is eligible to ship to your favorite Tractor Supply store.
Yes! You can add “Buy Online Pickup In-Store” items to your online order and have other items in the same order shipped to home or to your local Tractor Supply store. You can even have multiple pickup locations within the same order.
We strive to keep items in stock but occasionally an item may become unavailable. When placing your Curbside/Pickup In-Store order online, opt-in for product substitutions and provide your mobile number for notification. A Team Member will recommend substitutions for out-of-stock items that are as close as possible to your original request. A text message will be sent to review your options within a limited amount of time. You can accept or decline the substitution or pick the item up at the store later once restocked (if available). You will be charged the price of accepted substitution item. If you don’t respond during the timeframe both original and substitution items will be cancelled.
If you no longer want substitute items at pickup, you can decline the item and will not be charged.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. NOTE: This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.
Look for “Buy Online Pickup Here” signs in the store, or ask a Tractor Supply store team member for assistance.
After receiving your "Ready for Pickup" notification, tell us you’re on your way in the TSC app (or follow the pickup process in your “Ready for Pickup” email). When you arrive at the designated pickup area, tap “confirm arrival” and we’ll bring your order to you.
We'll hold your items at the store for 2 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and you will not be charged for the item(s).
To change or cancel a Store Pickup order, call our Customer Solutions Center at 1-877-718-6750.
Please take your Store Pickup item back to the store to return.
