Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery died Only had it a few months and it will not hold a charge. Instructions say not to use it until battery is fully charged, and yet there is no way to tell if the battery is charged or not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from garbage I bought it a month ago and it worked for about 2days. I am returning it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Very Reliable I've had mine for about 3 years. It had to be sent in for repairs due to negligible output within a year (this was covered under warranty). Now it is inoperable again - no charge whatsoever registers on my fence tester. The batteries check out fine, so the problem is elsewhere in the unit. Didn't seem to last long for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from did not last. It seemed to work when first installed. After couple months the calfs walked through and over the wire. I guess the solar charger couldnt keep up the charge. Tested it several times and was only getting about 1800-2200 volts. Grabbed the fence myself and only got a little tingle.

Bought the display at TSC-----no box or manual. What is the best way to mount? Post? Platform? Attachment?

Asked by: JJ12
On the back of this charger are four screw holes for mounting. This energizer can be mounted on a post or rail along the fence. We recommend placing it in an area where it will get the most sunlight.
