WorkHorse Sprayers 60 gal. Trailer Sprayer 7-Nozzle Boom, LG627DTS is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for small farm The sprayer worked as advertised and was actually very easy to assemble. My issues were with the manufacturer. When I received my sprayer it was shipped with the 5 nozzle hose instead of the 7. I also received an axel that had no holes drilled for the cotter pins. I eventually received the correct parts. Poor quality control on part of the manufacturer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Challenging but fun assembly - nice product It was a little challenging to assemble. The different screw and bolt types were important to use in the correct place and it was not obvious after reading the directions. You need to study the assembly pictures very carefully. However ultimately it all went together and it was a little fulfilling to finish the assembly. I have not used it to spray yet but I have used a similar sprayer previously in the bed of my Gator and it worked fine. I believe that the trailer version will be easier than stabilizing the tank in the bed of the Gator. In addition it will be easier to put in storage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No instructions for assembly It seems to work ok. The frustrating part is that the instructions to put it together were for another model and therefore not helpful at all.

I own a 30 Gal. 3-nozzle pull sprayer, (from TSC), 2.1 gal/minute electric pump. It takes about 45 minutes to empty. How many minutes does this 60 gal. unit take with 7 nozzles?

Asked by: Moe51
It would take approximately 25-30 minutes to empty the tank based on 40 PSI.

What is the spray width? Is there a recommend speed for applying weed killer?

Asked by: captbc
The spraying width is 140”. The speed is typically 3-5 mph, but we recommend following chemical label application instructions to make a final determination.
