Hi, what kind of weather conditions has backpack been tested in...Can the solar panel charge in adverse weather conditions.. I'm thinking about purchasing one..Thank you..

Asked by: CCB33
The backpack has been tested in wind and rain but should not be submersed. The solar panel will charge as long as there is sunlight. Adverse weather conditions may inhibit that.
