Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst stove ever! I would give this stove no stars if that we an option. We purchased it in September 2018, this was a huge purchase for us as we have one income. We struggled to stay warm in a small house ALL winter. After the first fire the emblem fell off, the second fire the info on the outer door fell off. After about a week the seal fell out so we had to glue it back in and that has happened two more times since. After about a month most of the fire bricks on the side walls had cracked. The handles to open and fire box and ash pan are made of wood so the screws got too hot and burned the holes out, we put dresser knobs on. The door to the fire box wont say in place so we have to tighten the hardware every couple days which requires letting the stove go out, we live in northern vermont where it gets quite cold and wood is our only heat source so this was a real problem. There are no grates only bricks so there is no space for the ash to fall through into the ash pan or for air to flow through so we had issues with smoldering and the house filling with smoke every time the door was opened. We will have to buy yet another new stove this fall which is a huge financial burden on our family. Over all we are extremely disappointed with wonderwood and tractor supply. Thumbs way down. Would not reccomend to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My brand new stove I came across a wood stove at a very low price and I'm very happy with it. I'm going to settle it in our church where the community can enjoy and be warm while we worship God Almighty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works good Bought it as a store return for half price. Supposedly brought back after 2 days because it used too much wood. I put it in my 30x40 shop and if I put wood in it at 6 in the evening and cut it back, I’ll still have hot coals the next morning to get the fire going.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for a small house. At first I loved the stove but as the winter dragged on I have lost a little love for it. Here is a little good and bad. We try to use this as a primary heat source so it gets a lot of use from Nov to March here in Ohio. The good is that it is a nice slow, clean, burn that puts out steady heat. The bad has more to do with the quality and actual output. I feel like the 2000sqft that is advertised with this machine is a little high. I would say more like a 1000sqft would be more realistic. Also the quality is lacking. I have had a lot of issues with the loading door. I have had to modify the latch to keep a tight fit and after less than a season the cotton door seal needs replaced because it fell off. I have used a lot less wood this year but this stove isn't like an old school that you can let over burn and get extra BTUs out of. So my house has stayed about 68 this winter instead the nice toasty 72 I have had in the past with my old school Fischer and even my old wonderwood pre EPA. Im guessing this stove is going to last about 5 years maybe 7-8 but I doubt it.

The Flu is vented straight out, you can crack the door for 15 seconds before opening all the way to cut down on the smoke spillage.

What is the difference between this stove and the Ashley Wood Circulator?

Asked by: Brodyfest
The BEC95E Wood Circulator is an Ashley brand and the B2941EB is a US Stove Company brand. They both are basically the same in function with only small differences in heating sqft. There are a few cosmetic differences but other than that, not much at all.
