Rated 1 out of 5 by from junk! This handle broke below the head just as I stuck a log. I just purchased this maul and had split maybe 20 logs with it. I'll be returning it in 2 pieces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this maul I bought 2 of these 2 years ago and they are my favorites. My whole family uses them and they have stood up to much use as we heat our house with wood only. I have bought mauls from many major retailers in the past, but these are the best.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great tool I bought this maul as I had some wood to split. It went right through the wood, no problem. The wood I was splitting was well seasoned. Bigger pieces took a few hits but that's necessary. The wood I split was boxelder and elm. All in all, this maul worked well, the price was good and you cant go wrong with the fiberglass handle.
