3 days out of warranty!

I bought this dehumidifier at target last may 2025...It worked great until it didn't...3 days out of warranty it stopped working. Had a feron leak! I called customer service and the associate took all my information including email and phone number. stated it would be turned over to warranty dept for review and I would hear from them. It's been a week now and nothing! I guess since it was 3 days out of warranty, there is no reason to hear from them! disappointing! I do not recommend buying this product or any TCL product!

Stopped working

We purchased 2 of these about 2 years ago. One continues to work well, but the other stopped working after just after 1 year. We do like the functionality of the one that is still working, but not happy with the short lifespan of the other unit.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Failed in five months and now I can't figure out how to make a warranty claim?! This is ridiculous. Never again with TCL products.
