Swisher 60 in. 14.5 hp Kawasaki Commercial Pro Gas Trail Mower

Excellent quality mower! Our old Swisher was two decades old and still mowing the day we retired it!

I have known about Swisher mower products for far longer than I care to admit. (the Ride King always fascinated me) They have always been top of the line in my opinion. This Trailmower is no different. I use it in parallel tandem with a popular zero turn commercial mower to quickly knock out multiple acres on my property and I also pull it behind my UTV to maintain wildlife trails. It has impressive power and tracks with ease.

The unit works great. The only issue I have is the finish. It has sharp edges where the metal was cut leaving sharp metal pieces sticking out, edges were never ground, bolt holes do not line up, I had to re- drill 3 holes for the bolts to fit. The wielding was poor and off centered to the pieces being wielded together.

I purchased the 60” October 5th 2022 with delivery a week or so after. In the less than 2 years I’ve owned it I believe I’ve only used it a couple dozen times. If it has been 30 times I’d be surprised. In this time I’ve had the drive belt break 3 times, the deck belt 2 times, one of the deck adjusting screws broke at the weld, deck adjuster washer split in 3 pieces, and replaced multiple parts for the engagement lever/spindle that wore out due to the design. I expected more out of a $4k American made mower that is less than 2 years old. I can not recommend this mower as it sits broken more than usable.

The mower is working great. A little difficulty in assembly, anti-sway bars cotter keys holes, but nothing that I couldn't overcome. I do wish there was grease fitting on the two vertical Wheel axels.

This is great addition to double your cutting path. I use it with a zero turn mower and it cuts the cutting time in half. I highly recommend.

This is advertised as a "Trail Mower" but is actually a Finish Mower. It is very good, but I expected a little more ability to cut thickly overgrown weedy fields with tall thick grass. In my food plots and my trails that hadn't been mowed in a few weeks, I had to mow at the highest settings very slowly, and then re-mow at the lower setting for a closer cut. But it performed excellent.

poor workmanship but, i wasn't going 2 ship the unit back since it is part of the frame of the mower. shaft nor bearings on front right bearing boss spindle wouldn't easily attach as it should during my portion of the assembly. had 2 be a known issue. otherwise seems to function as it is designed.

Create was broken and bend in the plate that holds the gas tank on

I am so happy that I purchased this pull behind mower. I used it and I love it. It did a great job without any problems. I would not hesitate doing it again.

Delivery to the TSC in Carroll was 9 days, delivery to my house with no lift service, and only delivery to the end of my driveway was estimated to be 32 days. I picked up my un-assembled mower and took it home. No user or owners manual packet and the "disk" was blank it had no data on it. I had to search the internet to find instructions on how to assemble my new mower as TSC promised to assemble it when they were selling oit to me, but then told me they don't assemble mowers for customers, they only assemble their floor models. Totally awesome that I had to buy a battery and then discovered that there was no battery bracket and tie down rods included with my mower. The pallet was open when it was loaded onto my trailer, I assumed TSC opened it, but they said it came that way. Missing items never located. Swisher customer service is stellar, they close at four in the afternoon and when I did get to speak to someone, they were only interested in forcing me to submit a receipt and a warranty card. I told them there was no warranty card and as of today have yet receive one as of 1 August 2019. I purchased my mower May 19, 2019 and received it on the 27th. I'm not sure why it takes over 30 days to receive a mower if I want it delivered to my home, why it is so expensive, and why there is no drop service and it would have been left at the end of my driveway. in the road because the delivery company wont back into the driveway. I opted to have it delivered to the TSC store. Soloniod went out after nine hours of use and a blade fell off. So far I have absorbed to cost to replace the missing or defective parts. Swisher warranty is useless to me and I cant use the TSC extended warranty until may 2020. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the customer service I have received from Swisher Inc.

Works and cuts well. I like the fact you can offset the mower making it easier to cut hard to reach areas.

The engine is junk and leased just about a year. Needs to be bigger and better.
