Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shocked at how well these worked! Bought these 2 days ago, hung them low around the patio area where the flies are (were) so pesky. Checked them a few hours later, literally hundreds of dead flies under them. Blew the patio off, next day they were still lots off dead flies, and still more today. Amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! We bought these fly strips for our duck coop area. The first time we used them we hung the strip up right after applying the attractant which was not a good idea as the strip had no dried and started to run down and drop below. The second time we used it we first used gloves to apply the attractant ( highly suggested) and then laid it flat in the open area while the ducks were put away. In about a minute, the flies started to swarm. A few seconds after they touched the strip they were dead. After about 30 mins, there were almost no flies left in the area! We will continue to use this product as it works so effectively! I would recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awsome Bought these to control adult flies until Predators came; these work lightening fast! Every day had to sweep up hundreds of dead flies. Just don't get attractant on anything (hands, clothes, etc.) the smell is really strong. I wouldn't use them if you have fowl that would eat the flies-the trap contains pesticide; don't think it would be good for them to eat exposed flies.

does it have a smell? will it make my dogs sick if they chew on it?

Asked by: bellee
The QuikStrike Abatement strip does have a strong odor to attract the flies, and we do not recommend pets coming in contact with it.

We seem to have a black eyed fruit fly infestation. Have killed well over 500 with B. vinegar. Does this product work with fruit flies?
