I bought this to kill the encroaching crabgrass and foxtails. After three applications over 4 weeks the crab grass and foxtails are still alive and thriving. It did do a great job on all the broad leaf weeds, killing them within a week. It takes a few days to see any action from this spray. Easy to use and control where you want to spray, but it didn't kill the crab grass at all. I will go back to Roundup to slay the pesky crabgrass and foxtails.

Kills Bermuda Lawn

Spectracide brand weed stop plus crab grass killer will definitely kill your lawn too. It only takes 3 days to kill your lawn. Its a broad spectrum herbicide, so no surprise. It's November so the Bermuda is not likely to grow back until next summer. This is bad for lawns. Use some other brand. Bought at Tractor Supply on 31 Oct 21, lawn dead spots on 2 Nov 21. If you need to kill every green blade, this is as good as Round Up. I'm not posting a photo, others have. I'm getting a refund.

Sprayer quit after 3 minutes

I bought this product at TractorSupplu last night the bottle is heavy. When I got home I spayed weeds and it stopped after just a couple of minutes and would not work again. My husband has alzeihmers and saw my distress so he decided to open the bottle and pour it on the weeds. Sprayer is no good.

When I first used this product, I was a bit skeptical. A day or two went by, and I didn't see the weeds turning brown or drying out. Honestly, they never really did - but, they did die out! They wilted and laid down and didn't continue growing. I would use this again!

Great to keep the spring weeds in check

I have been using this on the edge of my lawn and areas near our sidewalk. It has a very clear list of which weeds it will kill and what you trade in universality you get back in peace of mind that you are not going to leave dead spots around your lawn. It took care of all our common weeds but did not kill an invasive Lesser Celandine species which we have been battling in our neighborhood.

This is a great weed killer product. It kills crabgrass, poison ivy, dandelion and other listed weeds. It treats up to 5,000sq ft. So far it has worked great for killing the weeds in my yard around the house.

I decided to try to get ahead this year before spring and spray weeds including the crabgrass. A week or so ago we had some warm weather and we sprayed using this very easy to use bottle with sprayer. After a few days you could tell where the weeds were dying. Hopefully come spring our lawn will be mainly grass.

This SPECTRACIDE weed Stop works excellent for my yard. I have tried many other brands. However, this we stop absolutely get the job the done. I have had a tough year with crabgrass growing but this has done the trick. I have recommended this product to many of my neighbors.

My least favorite thing to do is weeding my garden and seeing it return a few weeks later. I’ve also noticed alot of crabgrass and clovers in my yard. Spectracide Weed Stop really makes it easy to get rid of all weeds. I love how it is ready to use and sprays easily. I spot treat all the weeds I see and I can see it dying hours after application. It really works quickly!

Worked great! Easy to use, with easy pump handle. Fast and ready to use as there is nothing needed to mix. Works on multiple types of grass and lawns. Killed my weeds fast and timely. Works better then any other weed killer i have tried. Very pleased on the ease of use and how fast it worked.

Do you have or know someone with lawn issues such as pesky crabgrass or weeds growing all around? If the answer is yes, I highly recommend Spectracide! I tried this in my greenhouse since crabgrass is not in season where i am at.. but i have some in my greenhouse since its warm and humid in there. I decided to try it in there cause im not growing anything right now and i have a few crab grass growing in there...but I did notice results within a week.

Damage my grass

I haven’t seen any improvement in my grass since use. My lawn actually looks worst since I used it. In which I wasn’t expecting that. I have some spots that actually looks burnt. I’m sure I will have to replace some grass that’s in my yard. I’m very disappointed in this product and wished I tried a small spot instead of my whole yard. Lesson learned on my part. I don’t know what’s in this product that didn’t agree with my grass but it killed my grass right along with the crabgrass. So I guess in that it worked but if you want your grass to survive, this product isn’t it.

With the winter months and lots of rain, our yard has been covered in weeds and our backyard began growing crab grass. This spray was my first go to. It has a spray nozzle which helps target specific problem areas. It did kill about half the weeds on the first spray, but some weeds and the grass have gotten three treatments and still appear to be going strong.

This Spectracide Weed Stop For Lawns Plus Crabgrass Killer does a good job getting the weeds out of my lawn, including the crabgrass. This 32oz bottle is the perfect size for me to carry around my lawn and refill when necessary. I don’t always want to lug around a large gallon bottle of weed spray. My lawn has way less weeds now that I’ve been using this product. I like that this product is ready to use. I don’t have to worry about mixing up a concentrated product. I would get this weed stop again.

This Spectracide Weed Stop For Lawns Plus Crabgrass Killer does a good job getting the weeds out of my lawn, including the crabgrass. My lawn has way less weeds now that I’ve been using this product. I like that this product is ready to use. I don’t have to worry about mixing up a concentrated product. The only thing that I don’t like about this is that I can’t use it in my food garden because it isn’t natural. I would still get it for the rest of my lawn.

I was hesitant that it wouldn’t work or kill our lawn and it didn’t! No one loves that ugly annoying crab grass! This kills it along with the weeds that grow like crazy from the sprinklers over watering in our rocks. Plus it’s a huge container that will last!

This item comes in a large spray bottle. I used this in an area that I wouldn't care what all died. I really only wanted the weeds to stop growing but it eventually killed the grass around it. I will now only use it in an area that I dont mind killing everything.

Spectracide Weed Stop For Lawns is an excellent spot treatment for those pesky weeds in your yard. I am able to get precisely where I need to be. A few squirts on those unwanted weeds and there gone. This was great for those hard to get place on my lawn. Grass is back to it weed free beautiful green lawn again.

Excited to use it in the spring

We are very excited to get to try this out on our backyard in the spring. We have horrible weeds and broadleaf that we are thinking it might be best to start from scratch. But once the weather warms up we are going to give this a try. I love the wide variety of weeds it kills and the easy to use big bottle will really help cover our large yard. It is also ready to use which prevents us from making any mistakes trying to dilute it. It also states that it kills insects too so we hope that it will help get our any problem under control.

Kills crabgrass at the root in short order

We have horrible crabgrass in various areas of our property.
For years, we had a mix of average to bad results with the products we used to get rid of the crabgrass. Most of them worked initially, but the crabgrass would come back in short order.
This product on the other hand, works very quickly and provides long lasting results. This absolutely destroys crabgrass on our property in very short order.

This stuff works and it works fast. I couldn't be more pleased.

What you’d expect from weed killer.

I haven’t got to use this product much but when I did use it, it worked like you’d expect. It got about 90% of the weeds I sprayed. I would recommend storing in a shed because it does put off a slight aroma up close. I would also keep away from animals.

Wasn’t sure how well this would work but I have to say I wasn’t pleasantly surprised. It took two rounds to completely kill the crab grass but did the job and kept my grass safe. I’ll definitely continue to use this when spring is in full force.

So this product did kill the weeds in my lawn but also killed my grass. I’m assuming the concentration may be too strong so I’m going to try diluting it slightly and seeing if that helps. I recommend using on weeds away from your grass just in case.

This weed stop is so easy to use and does the job after one application. The applicator is accurate and sprays precisely where you want it. This is the first time using a weed killer for our lawn and I will never switch to anything else. It's just very impressive how easy it is to use and how well it works. I recently moved to my new home and cleaning my front and back lawn was my priority and this ready to use Spectracide weed killer came in really in handy! Super easy to use and really does it's job.
