Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Smoker I have had this model smoker for 3 years. I mainly cook briskets, and raw link sausage, but I did do a turkey last year, and some pork loin. It does have trouble holding a particular temperature. For example, I cook brisket at 225 degrees. The temperature of the grill will run from 205 to 245, up and down thru the course of the cooking as the pellets feed into the burner. That's OK, but it is a learning curve and I feel like it should hold closer than that. I use probe thermometers to measure the "true" temperature. The hopper will run 8 or 10 hours without being filled, and it will hold the temperature you want all night. It is very reliable in that respect. Keep it out of the rain, or well covered when not in use. I lost a control panel early on thru not covering it and the rain got in and blew the electronic controls. Replacements were readily available however. Overall, I say it is well worth the money when compared to far more expensive pellet smokers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Little Smoker Got this early for Christmas. Easy to put together. Works exactly like the instructions state. The instruction booklet that comes with the smoker/grill is very vague. It doesn't state temperatures for cooking stuff or times. This information would be very helpful to take the guess work out.

How long will the smoker cook with a full basket of pellets

Asked by: Sam 43
The length of time is dependent upon the type of pellets being used. This being said, the manufacturer does not list a length of time more specific than "hours".

Hi, How many BTU’s does this put out And what is the hottest temperature  That this unit will maintain?

Asked by: Kenny3
Per the Vendor: "Since this is a pellet grill, there are no BTU’s. That would be with a propane unit. The high temp would be around 400 degrees."
