Beware of "40% more effecient"

Second one of these, same brand, same size, first one bought 4 years ago. Not sure where they're getting the "40% more effecient top" from. Our top on the old has better insulation. The old one also has side insulation. If anything, this will be 40% less effecient. At about $100 a month to run where we live this is real money and the supposed improvement was a major factor in buying the new one. Nothing else to report as there are no other changes. This is a downgrade.

I gave it a negative review because there was one piece that arrived damaged (the insert that goes inside the top) would not hold air it must have a small hole somewhere. I have been unable to get a replacement from Bestway. They asked me a bunch of questions but I have yet to hear anything from them. Very disappointed.

Great quality, entry level inflatable hot tub

First inflatable hot tub ever purchased. Very quick to fill and heat up. Unboxing to hot tub use in less than 24 hours! I imagine like any other inflatable hot tub that it loses temperature when you run the bubbles after a moment or so. We don’t run the bubbles very often as the bubbles coming into the tub are cold pulling in outside air into the pump.
My only complaint is that the tub material does dent and divot from the stitching of the hot tub cover. It makes it look like there are scratches and scrapes but they are not. The instructions are not very easy to read and lack diagrams to show the initial setup instructions. It would be nice if each part was clearly labeled i.e. letter or numerical format.

I can't review this product because I won't have it in my possession. Placed order on December 4th and product supposedly shipped on December 5th from Little Rock, Arkansas then to Chicago then Michigan then Wisconsin. It's December 19th and the shipper (XPO) doesn't seem to know where my order is. I've been given different locations from the shipper. Forget about getting hold of Tractor Supply Customer Service. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes twice until I hung up. I was charged $100 to ship to my TS Store and probably will not get product before Christmas. Tractor Supply needs to add more Customer Service personnel and pick a different mode of delivery as this one doesn't deliver on time.

This hot tub has been great! Well built, does good at maintaining temperature. Only thing I’ve found that’s an issue is because of the pump set up, when you run the jets, the water temp drops several degrees. We have ours set on the deck so the pump is pulling cold air in to supply the jets. When you turn the jets off the water heats back up pretty fast. Besides that, for the money, it’s well worth it.

Easy to set up, one small problem

Delivery was speedy, set up took about an hour or so with 1 person. This includes the fill up time. Within 48 hours, the tub was up to temp in 40 degree weather. It has been comfortable enough for 2 adults. My small complaint: the inflatable lid has not held air, I’ve refilled it 4 times in 1 week. Waiting to hear back from the manufacturer.

Considering my card has been charged and no one seems to know where my hot tub is or when i will get it is kind of concerning. It's going to be a month soon. If i ever get satisfaction for this order i will change my review. Thanks

I absolutely love this product! I wanted to test out owning a hot tub before spending thousands of dollars on a more permanent one. That's when I saw this option on sale. I didn't have high expectations, but this ended up being the best thing I bought all year.
Size is decent. It says 2-4 people, but it really only fits two adults comfortably if you want room to move around. The jets are more powerful than I thought they would be, but I actually prefer just soaking in the water most of the time. It's well made for an inflatable hot tub. The air holds well, and I only had to reinflate when the weather got cooler (like you would for car tires - same idea). So far the energysense cover seems to be doing a great job. The temperature is holding, and the impact on my electric bill has been minimal.
This is a really good option for someone wanting a hot tub on a budget. Even if I only get a year or two out of this, it was worth every penny. I'm in it almost every night.
