Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. Great product. Not a lot of waste by “picky” birds like other products. Seeds are clean. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Birds really seem to like this mix. Birds don’t seem to throw out & waste seeds.
Date published: 2019-04-20
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best available I’ve used it for years in urban backyard. Go through 200 lbs plus each season. Very little milo seed, little goes to waste between all the different birds. Seed mix is cleaner than most brands. Scott’s used to have a good mix but can’t find it anymore and this is equilavent if not better. For general backyard use I don’t think you’ll find anything better. As far as I know, only available at TSC

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Birds Love It ! I have a large variety of birds in my yard and they love this. There's rarely any left uneaten. The bags I have purchased have a good variety of seed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good option for many types of birds This is a good blend that does NOT include milo. Almost no birds eat milo - so you are wasting your money if you buy bird seed that contains it. This is a good and economical filler seed if you want more than just sunflower seeds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Blend of Seeds I have so many birds now because of this blend of seeds that it is well worth getting the 40 lb bags
Date published: 2018-10-25
Rated 4 out of 5 by from One bag feeds everyone! This mixture has a high percentage of edible seeds for my central Maine birds. I use it for my groundfeeding birds. They love it. Today the mixture drew in more than 40 juncoes, Purple finches, White throated sparrows, song sparrows, mourning doves, chickadees, nuthatches, evening grosbeaks, and blue jays. Quite an assortment of birds from one bag of seeds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ecellent Our birds and squirrels love it. So glad we changed to Tractor Supply.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What's with the stems? I used to like this blend for all my bird feeders, but as time goes by it contains more & more dust & sticks & stems, and huge ones! They clog up the hopper openings and create a big hassle for me. I was going to try another type, black oil sunflower being my first choice, but there are so many reviewers stating this same problem that now I don't know what to do. TSC, what are you going to do about this problem??
Date published: 2018-10-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Birds love it! This wild birdseed has a better mixture of seeds that appeals to a wide variety of birds. Others I have tried have a lot of seed wasted.

Date published: 2018-04-11
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best bird seed My backyard friends love this seed the best. They eat it all up without any waste. The junko, sparrows, scrub jays and finches. Not messy like others.
Date published: 2018-03-08
Rated 1 out of 5 by from No one eats the millet and large striped seeds Reasonable price...if only birds would actually eat this. There is much waste as spring melt and rain turn millet into mush. Large striped seeds rarely eaten by songbirds, but seem to attract ravens and crows.
Date published: 2018-02-11
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not at all what I expected After reading the reviews, I bought this mix hoping to attract more birds. However, it's been over a month and only a handful (no exaggeration) of seed has disappeared from my tube feeder. I'm sticking with black oil sunflower seed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best blend This is a great blend with very little waste. I mix it with black oil sunflower seed and we have every bird within miles dining here. Well worth the extra money.

I have the same question...does it make a lot of weeds?  Thanks.

Asked by: Kutarheel
This product is not treated in any way to stop germination so it does have the potential to grow under a feeder.
