Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sprayer is AWFUL I bought this yesterday. I tried several times and methods to get the sprayer to work. ie pumped the handle then sprayed, The container above/below the nozzle. Switched nozzle head. etc Nothing Some drizzling foam-not enough to cover a leaf
Date published: 2020-05-06
Rated 1 out of 5 by from spray will only drip foam Sprayer will not stream and foam only drips from foam and stream settings. Not recommended.
Date published: 2019-09-06
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Round-up Rocks Great stuff to kill grass and weeds. I use it through out the mowing season.
Date published: 2019-07-24
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only foam comes out. In general, I have had good success with these products. However, this unit refuses to produce a spray. Only foam comes out whether it is on "spray" or "foam" settings. I did try "priming" as described elsewhere, but without success. I need the "spray" setting for my application.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sprayer doesn't work No matter what position I set the nozzle all I get when I try to spray is foam. Absolutely worthless
Date published: 2019-06-09
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed with difficulty in getting SDS for this product I do not understand why a company as big as Monsanto and considering the type of products it has does not have SDS readily available on the product pages or in an easy to search SDS library.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst sprayer ever The roundup inside is great, but the sprayer useless, like an automatic had soap disperser. It gently oozes a blob of foam. I try to kill grass in my gravel driveway, in ditches and around the garden, and it can take many squeezes to get a blob on the plant I need to hit. When there are many tiny sprouts, it is impossible. Moreover, after a few squeezes the refill is slow. It does not spray liquid to cover a target. It puts out a poorly targetable blob that is fine for a big broadleaf - but you can use a different product for that. I purchased this as an alternative to a backpack for small areas, and it does not function acceptably.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Just for Poison Ivy My flower beds were infested with weeds, so I bought regular Roundup and it worked on everything EXCEPT the dreaded yellow nutsedge. I was going nuts pulling and pulling only to have more and more cursed nutsedge. It's also particularly nasty because Preen doesn't keep it from sprouting. I searched for a product that could be used in flower beds that would kill the roach of weeds and saw Roundup for poison ivy and tough brush. I thought, "what have I got to lose?" I bought the small bottle just to give it a try and sprayed a patch of the nutsedge. The next day it was turning yellow!!! The heavens opened up and angels sang. It was truly an answer to my prayers. Now around 5 days later, the nutsedge is brown and dead TO THE ROOT. I NEVER want to be without this stuff.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grass is still alive I sprayed this on some grass that was growing in my garden & 3 days later the grass is still alive. Very disappointed I thought Round Up was supposed to be the best at killing unwanted grass.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works good for small jobs Just a tip do not use this sprayer if you have a medium to larger job the sprayer hurts my hands after a while because to get full spray you need to wait a few seconds between sprays
Date published: 2016-02-08
Rated 4 out of 5 by from it's easy to use and works well This weed killer is a time saver. I like that it's premixed and I can just start spraying. It's easy to use. All you do is point and spray. It works and keeps the weeds away for a long time. I would recommend it to anyone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Failed on me too many times I tried to use this many times here for my poison Ivy plus all the woody weeds listed on one particular corner of my property where it is next to empty lot . Product just did not do the job. Knocked them back a little but within a few weeks all of the weeds and Poison Ivy was back and stronger than ever. Just Too expensive to use this product every few weeks and yes I followed directions fully.. I live in Spring Hill Florida where weeds seem to laugh at all weed control available today .Even Full Weed and Grass killers do not contain the problem weeds. I think they are making these products weaker and weaker each year. I finally just went in and pulled the weeds out and when they reappear as they do every few months I just pull them out by hand. Chemicals are too destructive to keep using and more so if they are ineffective . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Roundup works well on weeds I have found that Roundup does a good job killing weeds and grass growing in sidewalk cracks but requires more than one application. Still much better than any other product I have tried.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Container leaks all over, what do we do with it I've used roundup for years and this is my third purchase of a self contained tank/sprayer combination. The container is now made of thinner plastic and when I set the brand new full container down, some tiny thing (had to be a twig or grain of sand) punched a hole in it. I kept wiping moisture off the bottom, wondering where it was coming from. After using it I set it in the garage. The next day I came out to find a huge pool of chemical spreading under my deep freeze and across the garage floor. There is still about half the material in the container. What do I do with it? I have it in a plastic bag but need to figure out how to contain this and will use their contact form to get advice. (I tried to dry off the bottom and apply duct tape. The only time duct tape has failed me. The roundup just keeps coming out under the tape.) This is usually a useful product, if the packaging doesn't fail. Watch out for those thin plastic containers!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Batteries don't last long. Batteries need replacing after about 3-4 minutes of intermittent squirts! Really like it when it is spraying but it takes me longer to replace the batteries than it does for them to work. I've been using Roundup for many years and thought the battery operated sprayer would be great-and it is when the batteries are new.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The sprayer is ineffective and difficult to operate The sprayer does not work. Every ready to use that I have purchased I have had problem with the sprayer. Somehow the design is flowed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. Very reliable results. I like the fact that you can use Roundup even when it's going to rain later in the day. Makes it so much easier to plan my yard work. Roundup is excellent at killing weeds and grass that just can't be controlled by pulling. I count on it to help keep areas clear. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Roundup I've used Roundup judiciously in my yard for weed abatement for years without a problem. I was warned that it is indiscriminate but I think if it's used carefully it's safe. It does what it advertises: it kills weeds, and it has worked for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yes, ready to use....worked, no Read the directions, applied as described (and in some places a lot extra). Some grass was burned, weeds are still standing strong. Waste of time and money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works, but messy This is the only thing that works for me on perennial weeds. The only problem is that it is messy (leaks on your hand when you use the sprayer). I put a plastic bag over my hand when spraying to keep it off my skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Poison Ivy buster! I had some poison ivy hanging dangerously close to my doors and windows. however this product kicked poison ivy butt! And thanks to the commercial, I feel manly when using it, LOL.
Date published: 2015-05-27
Rated 1 out of 5 by from promotes weed growth I used this product after 48 hours without rain. We then had two more days after application without rain. The weeds actually looked healthier! So much for visible results in 3 hours. Very unimpressed. Another $20 wasted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the product is very effective I'm very impressed by the effectiveness oh this product. I used it to kill my lawn, the instruction were her easy to follow and the result was exceptional. I highly recommend this product and my next venture is to try it on some weeds between bricks. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice to have product all over hand because leaks. Have bought this 3 or more times over last couple of years. This year? It leaks from the spray attachment all over your hand. Worthless and waste of money. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use...works great. Easy to spray directly on weeds which kills them within days. Great product.
Date published: 2014-10-01
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I highly recommend it! Don't waste time and money on other brands. I had always used Roundup in the past, with great results. While stocking up my lawn care products for the summer, I decided to try a different brand weed and grass killer because it was on sale. I found the other brand was requiring two, sometimes three treatments to kill certain weeds. I had used Roundup on these same weed varieties the previous season, and new it killed in one application. I had definitely not got a bargain or saved money! I'm sticking with what I know works, from now on.
