Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work Perfect and Converted Well I had an 9 inch auger that I bought from Tractor Supply 10 years ago. I had a need to plant 400 Cedar Trees but needed at least a 16 inch hole. To my surprise the 18 inch auger bit fit the same 3 pt hitch that I bought 10 years ago. Needless to say that it saved us days of manpower.

1. Will this Auger work with the County Line Post Hole Digger sku# 210022099? 2. I see the diameter is 18" inches, what is the length?

Asked by: Loxahatchee
In theory, it should fit the County Line Post Hole Digger, the only reason it wouldn't, would be the depth of the receiver. It has a 2" diameter. The length of this auger is 36".

I have a county line post hole digger with a 12 in. auger. I was thinking of getting a 18 in one .You said the 18 in. one would not work because the length is 36 in. my 12 in.also has a length of 36 in. I am confused . am I reading it wrong. will it wor

Asked by: butcherboy
It "should" work. The issue, if there is one, would be with the depth of the receiver, not the length of the auger.
