Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Heater We bought one with 30,000 btu and we are buying another one. We decided to use it instead of our fireplace this year. It's worry every dollar and the best heater you are ever going to find. The quality is amazing. Not one bad thing to say about this product. This is by far #1.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm nites Installed at my camp which is 24x24 and by far air tight and heats it very well. Last weekend it was 36 deg and only had thermostat on 3. Only used half of a 20lb cylinder in 3 days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect addition to my shop Wasn’t expecting it to be as big as it is. Didn’t have the confidence in having it heat the whole shop, but after I took it out of the box and set it up, I was surprised at how well it heated my 24x24 shop. I built a stand for it on wheels so I can move it if/when I want to. Also when wall mounted there is not enough air flow for the internal fan to function well enough for me.

will my regulator that I use on my 20 pound tank to cook with work on this heater? same as the one on a gas grill ?

Asked by: ravensway
Thank you for your inquiry. The pressure for this unit needs to be measured at 11" W.C. going to the unit. We always recommend getting the unit installed by a licensed plumber in order to make sure the pressure is set properly. Please give us a call if you have any other questions at 1-855-663-0660.

Hi ... I lost the first part of this conversation... what part the heater comes on? If there is a defective part we can replace under warranty. If it came out of the box its okay to return within store policy. Rich Mr Heater

What the difference between red flame and blue flame propane heater

Asked by: Bub w
I believe you are referencing the plaque or radiant heaters and blue flame. The tiles radiate a nice heat forward and heats up the room a little quicker. The blue flame behind a glass is nice to look at and heats the air around the space. Rich Mr Heater

Blower does not come on until after the burner goes out why is this?

Asked by: Camper1010
Hi ... The blower works independently of the thermostat. It is attached to a sensor that activates the blower based on the temperature just outside and behind the burner. so it will turn on when temperature of the rises after it is on and sometimes stay on after the burner goes out in order to circulate what is there. Been researching many different models/ makes. Keep coming back to this one. If possible, could you or anyone tell me if the pilot burn is pretty efficient, not the actual burn, but just pilot light. My cozy world is gigantic and not efficient. Thanks

Asked by: Stukes
We do not have an official burn rate on the pilot of these units, but it's gas consumption is minimal.

Specs say burn time is like 14 hrs on a 20lbs tank. My question is is that fuel consumption based on highest setting, lowest setting or just an average. I want to install in my basement and set it on like 2 out of 5. Trying to figure out fuel consumption.

Asked by: Cmsu
Fuel consumption can only be rough. Base the 30000btu on 1.40 pounds/ 1 hr . Any variable setting is not articulated out. You put the tank on the scales to record starting wt/ in 1 hr weigh the tank to record consumption on low setting. Rich Mr Heater
