I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews. I had three issues with the product: 1) The crank handle constantly slipped while trying to raise the tractor. The reason for this is that the recepticle for the handle is too shallow so it cannot be inserted fully. 2) Two sheer pins broke before I gave up when I tried to use a drill to raise the lift even though it is specifically noted that using a drill was ok. I thought about buying more sheer pins but I could only find them on the Mojack site. The wanted $2 for two pins and $10 for shipping. $10 to stick them in an envelope and mail them. Ridiculous. 3) The straps used to secure the front wheels are too short. Barely made it around my wheels which made them very difficult to use. Overall, way too much trouble so I returned it.

Pin keeps breaking

If I could give a 0 I would. Opened the box and took the jack out and the 2 pins are missing that would hold the front wheel placements in place. I have pins so not a problem. Start raising it like the manual says and a shear pin breaks. Put a new one in after breaking the o-ring. Replaced that too. Put the mower on it finally but the mower doesn't fit right as the fron deck wheel is in the way of the jack. Broke another of the shear pins and 3 other pins I had around. Not a good jack!

Product worked as it should changed 3 blades in under 8 mins on a john Deere S180 54 in deck would have given it a 5 star but straps to hold tires in place was to short
