Saw that my 5 month old chicks had lice. They were a bunch of them running around my chicks body. Bought this and sprayed them one time. Checked them a week later and 90% gone. Sprayed them another time. Completely gone! I'm sold on this!

Ordered two bottles to have shipped to my home. Shipping took forever! One bottle had the nozzle broken when received, so 1/2 the spray was gone and the other sprayer didn't work. The two bottles were chunked in with chicken wire I bought and had no protection. Not sure how the spray works as I can't use it. Not pleased at all with their "to your home shipping ".

I love that this is all natural. It absolutely works. I also give the chicken we rescued salt baths. That and this are pretty cheap ways to treat. Always quarantine new birds! That's how I found he had mites.

I guess it worked.....we had a bad mite problem, but we hit them with a triple whammy of the Poultry Protector, oil on all the perches and wooden things in the coop, as well as wood ash and diatomaceous earth in all the dust baths and nests. The mites seem to be better. I know I need to spray the chickens again, to get all the hatched eggs, but it was a job. Will probably do it when I feel stronger! It was easy to use and didn't seem to cause any problems for the hens or us.

We are in WI, and over the winter, somehow the leg mites got our Silkie chickens. They say this is one breed that's more common to get them but we'd never had them before. I was slack this winter to sprinkle diatomaceous earth every couple of weeks, so there's my demise. I used this spray on the chickens legs and feet, all over the roosts, ladder, inside their nests, etc. I let that dry then sprinkled the diatomaceous earth again and kept that up every couple of days. Within a day they were looking so much better. It's been two weeks now and the mites appear gone, and their legs and feet are healing. Great stuff!

I have scaly leg mites in my coop. This maybe did something, but not a lot. In fairness, my dog got to it and managed to untwist the lid and dump a bunch out. Not sure if using more would have changed the results.

This is the best product at killing mites, and preventing them both! It smells good too. You can not only spray it directly on your flock, but all around your coop and run too. For those of you asking about mosquitos...they hate it! I had some in my run last evening. I sprayed this, and they disappeared! While it may not have been lab rested for them, my own experience is that they do not like it. A few times a week I spray this under my girls vents, when they go to bed. Then I do the coop and nesting boxes weekly. My flock never has mites, or any fleas and ticks, and they graze my property. Good healthy alternative for pest control, for your flock!
