Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fence Paint We painted our white board fence with the Majic Town & Country Latex Flat Paint on February 5 and by March 11 it is flaking off the top of the posts and the top of the boards. We properly prepared the fence and painted in great weather and very disappointed with the results. Thought we had a good paint but very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Paint for improvement I Like this paint, I use it to paint my farm fences, and a old stucco shop and it works wonderful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Farm paint This paint works great on our farm. Our house barn and shops are painted with Majic Town & Country. It has holding power even with ND's extreme temperatures.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible coverage, doesn't last Used it on exterior projects. Even on top of primer, it had horrible coverage, very "soupy" and didn't even last a year and a half.

outside fence for horses?Do I need to Prime Fence if already painted white when put up want to repaint

Asked by: luckymi
Town & Country Latex Flat Barn & Fence Paint is a good quality, economy priced, coating designed specifically for the project your are considering. If the wood is bare (new or previously painted), a primer is required.

Can this product be used on Aluminum Siding?

Asked by: Roos 2
Majic T&C Latex Flat Barn & Fence Paint may be used on aluminum siding as long as the surface is clean, dry and free of all loose flaking paint, chalk, dust, dirt or other surface contaminants that may affect the adhesion of 8-2246. Existing shiny paint should be lightly scuff sanded prior to painting, and any bare, or exposed, aluminum should be primed with a primer suitable for application to aluminum siding. 2 coats over an existing coat of paint (in good condition), or over primer, is recommended - with a minimum of 8 hours dry time between coats. Product may be brushed, rolled or sprayed.

it has been raining on and off for weeks. Can I paint horse fence in between rain storms?

Asked by: luckymi
No, Please allow the wood fence to dry for a few days before applying as it is a slow curing latex paint and will require at least 12 hours to dry and penetrate the surface for better adhesion and moisture resistance.

Do you add tent to Change color?  Need dark brown or dark gree

Asked by: Al613
Tinting colorant can be added. However, the manufacturer does not recommend using more than 2 ounces of tinting color per gallon. Adding more would adversely affect the performance and durability of the paint.
