Rated 5 out of 5 by from The old girls are laying again We all know that with shorter days the hens lay less. I have a mixed group of hens. Mostly sex link but I have 5 or 6 Arcana chickens that lay green eggs. I started using this stuff last week. I'm now getting 4 or 5 green eggs a day and my sex links have been laying more too.

is this good for racing pigeons? if so how would I apply it in the feed or water?

Asked by: ripp300
This product is great for pigeons and is commonly used for them. It is for use as a top dress on their feed. The instructions are on the bottle, but for a pigeon, you can use 1 tsp per 1 pound of feed. Just pour it on and mix well.

Can this be given to goslings as a source of niacin? If so at what age should they start getting it and how much?

Asked by: Jessica1976
This product is meant to work as a body and plumage supplement. It does have a high level of niacin, but without knowing the current feed program, we cannot properly recommend how much you should feed.

Could this be added to the chickens water instead of putting it on their food?

Asked by: Narnialover
This product will not work well in water. It is meant to be used as a top dress on feed.
