This recipe is high in calcium and phosphorus, making it perfect for growing puppies, and is nutritionally balanced for the long-term feeding of both puppies, adult dogs, and pregnant and lactating dogs. Pregnant and lactating dogs may need up to 2-4 times the amount of food as normally required and food should be available at all times for nursing dogs. Feed as much as required to maintain the pregnant/lactating female's body condition.
