The Jenlis Weed Raker lake rake removes vegetation and organic matter from your pond. Large 8" tines allow for maximum removal with every toss. It is efficient at removing submerged lake & pond weeds, pulling out the roots of aquatic weeds slowing their re-growth, and removing surface debris. Get to the root of your lake or pond weed problem with the lowest, widest lake weed rake in the industry. The Jenlis Weed Raker mud rake can be of great assistance when you also have dead decaying matter at the bottom of your pond, as this matter can feed the growth of more aquatic vegetation and nutrient-rich muck. Rake features a 37" head, 8" hard plastic tines, and 11' metal pole handle. The Weed Raker is a great complement to Jenlis Weed Razer pond weed cutters, as it is ideally suited for removing the plants sliced by the Weed Razer. The Jenlis Weed Razer has a V-shaped blade head that shears almost any type of rooted aquatic vegetation, such as watermilfoil, lily pads, and other aquatic plant varieties. The durability of the razor sharp blade makes the Jenlis Weed Razer the most effective cattail cutter. Once you have cut your weeds, rake them out of the water and get to the root of your problem. The Weed Raker uproots aquatic vegetation and debris on the pond's bottom. The Weed Raker works on large piles of leaves, pine needles, and grass clippings, but it is not a landscape rake or useful to comb beach sand or soil. Looking for the best pond tools? All Jenlis pond tools and accessories are popular solutions for pond and lake owners who live in states where chemical treatments are not legal or are restricted. Maintain your lakefront home, ensuring easy access for your boat, kayak, or paddleboard, in addition to fishing and swimming. Jenlis tools are made to be used by hand from your beach, shoreline, or dock area. We do not recommend that you drag tools behind a boat. Regular use of Jenlis tools will reduce pond cleaning and lakefront care.

  • Remove Pond Weeds That Cause Muck -- The workhorse of aquatic rakes, the Jenlis Weed Raker easily removes organic debris and excess vegetation from outdoor ponds, lakes, farm ponds, and canals.
  • Remove Vegetation & Organic Matter -- Designed for removing submerged, floating, or emergent aquatic vegetation. Long tines and wide head allow for maximum removal with every toss. Durable and light.
  • Large Rake Head, Teeth & Handle -- Maintenance is a breeze with the 37 head, 8 tines, and 11' handle. Long tines dig into the pond bottom to uproot weeds, dig out roots, and agitate the muck layer.
  • Pull Weeds Into the Shore From 45' Away -- The Weed Raker has a 43-foot pull rope to clear large ponds and lakes. Rake is ideal for removing weeds cut by the Jenlis Weed Razer pond weed cutter.
  • Aquatic Weed Control Without Chemicals -- Highly effective, manual control of pond weeds, without the use of harsh chemicals. Regular use reduces pond maintenance and eliminates the need for dredging.

    Making the job easy!

What I thought was going to be a very long week removing pond vegetation, turned out to be an enjoyable two days of work. This tool made the job easy I did add two pool floats and zip tied them to the aluminum to make it float. I would recommend this.

    Jenlis weed rake

The rake is very difficult to get into the proper position when you “throw” it out in front of you. The hollow handle floats until full of water, sinking upside down. When you pull it back upside down it has lost its ability to rake up weeds. I will have to jury rig weights on the head so it will sink with the tines down in the proper raking position. If you just rake, holding the pole it works fine, but for deeper water, out of reach, where you have to use the rope, it’s not very effective, as it sinks upside down.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Mucky water reservoir

Needed something to clean out above ground water reservoir. This rakes up more muck than I could lift - but if I get in reservoir with waders on it should work just right. Combining with “muck reducer” tablets and hopefully will see clearer water/open pipes.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Algae Rake

Rake worked as advertised. Nylon rope was thin and sometimes difficult to grip when wet. Rake balance off (would overturn) when landing unless retrieval was immediate upon landing in water. Overall functional within a 20 ft range of throwing from shore. Decent product.

    Easy pond maintenance tool!

This is a nice tool. It makes keeping my pond clean a breeze. Assembly of the tool was easy and the quality is pretty nice. I like the long reach of the handle. The weeds and debris slide off easily after it's pulled out of the water. I just wish I had bought it sooner!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Great for large weeds, not for small weeds

Works great for large masses of weeds but the tines are too far apart for smaller masses of weeds. It is also heavier than I expected so if it is used in an area with a lot of muck, it sinks in and if difficult to pull through.
