Item Information

The Hanes Geo Components Single-Net Straw Blanket helps to promote germination of newly-planted seeds by protecting seeds from erosion. It is made of weed-free straw and two fully-integrated degradable nets that provide greatly increased stability to the blanket. To use, simply roll it out over a seeded area and secure with pins. Over time, the blanket materials will degrade, leaving you with virtually no cleanup

  • Blanket rolls out to be 8 ft. x 112.5 ft.

Is this safe to use with vegetables

Asked by: jkglobal
This product is safe to use with vegetables as the straw blanket has a photo-degradable net that holds the straw together. The netting it might hinder tilling the garden later if the net is not pulled up.
