Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t do it I got the names mixed up! I was supposed to get farm work not ground work. My weeds thanked me for the extra water. Did recommend amount. Then doubled it. Good thing I was only doing road and fence on 7 acres, arg. One dandelion died but it may have been murdered by a grasshopper

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No results Have sprayed twice following instructions. Used 1 oz per gallon for clover in bermuda grass. Now in comments I see 4 oz per gallon recommend. Whats correct?

I live in outside of Baytown, Tx. I have about 1.5 acres of some parts bermuda & some st. augustine. I got Grounwork Concentrate. how do I mix w/ water and what is best time to spray. I have a 25 gal. sprayer

Asked by: Ben Jr
The mix rate for Groundwork Concentrated Weed Killer for use on St Augustine grass is 2 oz/ gal. Each gallon of spray solution should cover 1,000 square feet of area. To mix in a 25 gal sprayer add 50 oz of product. This 25 gallons of solution should then cover 25,000 square feet, which is a little over ½ acre.

I have a 1-1/2 half gallon sprayer what is the mixture for thiis?

Asked by: Duck1951
It depends on the type of grass that you have in your yard. The rate is 4 oz/gal of water for grasses like bluegrass, fescue and Bermuda grass. Centipede and St Augustine grasses are more sensitive to herbicides so the rate is 2 oz/gal for them.

Although you advertise other products that contain 2,4-D (such as Gordon's), none of them are available in your NJ stores presumably due to the state's "shipping restrictions". Is this a business competition decision or state law issue?

The directions on my bottle are now illegible. I am in OH & haven't sprayed at all this year due to weather & work schedule. Advise as to how much time is needed to make it rain-safe & how much time before &/or after application to mow (creeping Charlie).

Asked by: Puzzlelady
The mix rate is 4 oz per gallon of water for this product. Allow at least 8 hours of dry time before a rain. Wait at least 2 days after application before mowing.
