these buckets are tough. I used to buy them for my cows and horses, and they held up for years. They have awesome nylon ropes on the sides to drag them around. The most recent buckets I purchased were for using with my laundry wringer for hand washing clothes. the wringer does fit on the side, if you're looking for a laundry bucket. However, the weight of the wringer does cause the bucket to tip a bit, until wayer is added. I ended up using it a bit differently, but this bucket is very large for blankets or towels that need to be washed. I usually only have to fill it about a third of their way up for an average laundry load. I use these large buckets inside of an old cast iron tub, and they don't scratch it up. One of the reasons I didn't choose the galvanized tubs. These buckets are also great to plant trees in because of the large size. Highly recommend them.

I use these for blueberry bushes. Excellent quality. Very heavy duty and 3 years later there hasn’t been any cracking. They sit outside in the snow to temps as low as 10 degrees. I have purchased 5 and will be buying more this year for growing potatoes and more blueberry bushes. Great purchase.
