Rated 1 out of 5 by from don't hit with hammer My girlfriend bought me this for me bc I am always complaining about pinching my saw when topping trees. I was cutting a maple top out and I got my saw bound up took the wedge out of my pocket started it in the cut smacked it with the flat side of my axe and it exploded into a million pieces and no refund bc no recipt so it might be OK if your just cutting small trees but don't hit it with a axe

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its ok I'm no lumber jack but I'm fairly certain this is only good for keeping the tree from pinching the saw bar when making your back cut. Works ok for that.
