If we attached this panel to a wood stucture would it keep deer out of a garden? If not can you recommend another product?

To keep deer out, we recommend something at least 6 feet tall, so this fence would not be ideal. Searching "Deer Fence" on our website will yield results for fencing designed specifically for that purpose.

Bolt cutters are a fairly easy method. You will want to grind the sharp edges when you're done though.

Can these be arched to fit in a bed of a pickup

Yes depending on the bed size of the truck. An 8 ft bed should work fine, however, 7 ft and below may be more difficult.
