Exactly what we needed
a month ago
We were looking for a whole house generator for storm season, but didn’t want to have to sell a kidney to get it. The DuroStar is perfect for the average homeowner and being dual fuel is an even bigger plus. Definitely check this out if you need smooth power and still want to be able to eat.

When our generator was delivered it wasn't delivered to our house, it was delivered to our mailbox, which is a half mile away. When we received the email about the drop off the generator it was too late, it was gone. i called customer service and talked to Georgia, she was amazing. The trucking company would not take responsibility for not taking to our house, even thou it was supposed to be a residential delivery. I was very frustrated and upset, that's when Georgia took control and made sure we got what we paid for. She was amazing and turned my whole experience around, i swore off your store until i talked to her. i hope she gets some recognition for her excellent customer service skills.
