Attaches a novelty/license plate, frame, shield, mount and/or fastener caps to a vehicle - choose one or all of these options! Made of steel and designed to be used with import vehicles. Includes 2 metric #2 Phillips fasteners (6mm x 18mm (0.23" x 0.708"), 2 self-locking nuts and 1 wrench for installation. Keep wrench for future use.
