Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only good for a year Purchased this product March 2017, pump will not work as of 21 June 2018. Cleansed system with recommended cleaner for winterization. Replace bypass valve and two nozzel in march 2018. Disappointed with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfect after 3 years I use it to treat 8 acres for insects and fertilizer. I've had it for 3 years now. I flush it out each season and put the pump conditioner in it for the winter. I'm sure these other people aren't following the instructions properly. I had a 30 gallon that for 5 years before giving it to my neighbor who still uses it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Brackets Purchased this sprayer at our local TSC last summer. The brackets holding the boom on rusted through and broke (both sides). Local TSC didn't have them and would have to order. One of the collars holding the flexible lines in place also cracked; local store didn't even have this (popular) part. Sprayer seems to function fine, but keeps falling apart on me. I clean it after each use; engineering needs some help at County Line...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable Going into third season with this sprayer and have replace the pump 3 times, one lasted 1 day. Replaced manifold parts and need to do again. Had to buy online because local TSC didn’t have parts. I even had to replace a tire and rim because it would not hold air. The sprayer has been cleaned, drained and kept indoors. I’ve probably bought this sprayer twice the first time and again in parts... I’ll only by fence and feed from TSC now.

Is the battery available instore (Bastrop, Texas) for the 40 Gal County Line sprayer and what is the order number?

Asked by: Peter H
Please check with your local store for inventory levels on specific items. Any fully charged 12 Volt battery will power the equipment. You can use the one on the equipment that is pulling the sprayer or use a stand alone. A deep cycle battery is recommended since it holds a charge longer but any 12 volt battery will work.

How do you reprime the pump?

Asked by: kimbar33
Pumps are self-priming, if it’s not priming, it’s either debris on the filter or intake line somewhere or it could possibly need to have the check valve cleaned or replaced, as that’s the part responsible for building up pressure and pumping through the lines. Just pull the check valve and clean under hot, soapy water (such as dawn dish soap works the best), a light scrubbing with something like an old toothbrush (something with soft bristles) and then let it soak for about an hour in the hot, soapy solution. Rinse and put back into the pump. If still having the issue, we would recommend replacing that part.

That’s a 5-nozzle boom with a 100” spray coverage.
