Can I run this fan, secured to the rafters of a barn, for a 24 hour period?

For longer parts life, after 10 hours of continuous operation, turn fan off for 15 minutes to allow motor to cool.

Can you just buy the knob to adjust the speed and turns it off and on by itself? The fan is working great, but the knob broke. Thanks in advance
