The Champion Power Equipment 76533 3800W Dual-Fuel RV-Ready Portable Generator with Electric Start operates off gas or propane straight out of the box (propane hose included). On gasoline the generator will produce 4750 starting watts and 3800 running watts, and on propane 4275 starting watts and 3420 running watts. The generator also comes with a battery for easy Touch Start: push-button electric start which includes an internal battery charger that charges the batter as the generator runs. It makes a great addition to your RV as well as a cost-effective and convenient solution for power outages or other emergency situations. It comes travel-ready with a standard 30A RV outlet with enough power to start and run a 15,000 BTU RV air conditioner. This unit also makes a great solution for backup power during an emergency and will power the essential items you need in a power outage - lights, sump pump, refrigerator, modem/router, furnace blower, fan, TV/DVD, computer, smartphone/tablet charger, etc. Since propane has such long stable shelf life you don't need to worry about having fresh gasoline on hand during an emergency. The 3800W Dual-Fuel Portable Generator operates at 68 dBA from 23 ft. and has a run time of up to 9 hours on a full tank of gasoline or 10.5 hours on a 20 lb. propane tank at 50% load. The generator features Guard, a built-in surge protector which protects your appliances from any spikes in voltage above a safe threshold, as well as Cold Start technology which optimizes the generator to start easily in cold weather. The generator is portable and comes in a durable steel frame with a folding handle and never-flat tires for easy maneuvering and transportation. The Champion 3800W Dual-Fuel Portable Generator comes with a 3-year limited warranty.

Propane way to go ! Electric start nice feature toI have 4 hours of break in time on unit so far. Easy set up and easy to start. If you do have delivered to store - OPEN THE BOX at the store! Mine had a small dent on the frame and a crack on the plastic panel. By the time I noticed it was at home and for the surface damage I didn't want to spend the time to return and reorder.
Overall happy with the size and the propane option sold me. I bought a 30lb tank so if needed in emergency will go through the whole night without refueling.

Awesome generatorI use this generator to run the ac in my camper it starts right up and has enough power for everything that I need. I like that it runs on propane so I don't have to worry about gas getting everywhere. I highly recommend this generator and would definitely buy it again.
I have a small camper, will this run the ac and a microwave at the same time or will I have to shut one down while using the other
Asked by: Randy 245
That will really depend on the size of the AC unit. Most rooftop AC units are 13.5K or 15K BTU. If this is the case for you, then you will need to switch your AC to fan only while cooking with the microwave to be sure you don't overload if the AC cycles on at the same time.

Will this be enough power to run a 13,500 but air conditioner and a small travel trailer refrigerator
Asked by: Vasa123
Yes, this machine should provide enough power to run these items.
