Rated 5 out of 5 by from Review of 2000-Watt inverter generator Ordered 2 generators and the parallel to run the AC on my 5th wheel. Received the generators in good condition. Directions for getting the generators up and running and hooking up the parallel kit were super easy. Generators fired up right away, let them run for a bit then hooked up the parallel kit and every thing works as advertised. Everything seems to be top quality, very happy with my purchase. Time to hit the road.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Champion Inverter/Generator Haven’t used it much yet, but I am impressed with how portable and quiet it is! Looking forward to the real test this archery season to see if it can make my life easier and maybe let me sleep a little more!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Watch out Pulled out the rope twice and it wouldn’t go back in even after trying to feed it back into place. Junk product. Glad I got my money back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny! Awesome little power house. We love this generator. We have three other generators, at our disposal, that we use around the farm. They are so hard for me to pull start. As I travel, frequently, with a 6 horse trailer, it was nice to have something more portable, that didn't take an army to lift up. This was so light. BONUS: it was a piece of cake to start, and wasn't as loud as traditional generators. We had two 20" pedestal fans, running at high speed from 7 am, to 4 pm, at a horseshow, and the generator barely burned half a tank of fuel. Love love love this. Side note: When my husband told me I needed this, I told him he was crazy. I was wrong! :)

will this operate a 1200 watt air compressor?

Asked by: cfsrepaies
A 1,200 watt air compressor will run at 1,200 watts but require 2x - 3x that wattage in order to start. You would need 2 of these machines in parallel to operate a device of this size.

Will two of those be enough to operate the AC on a camper?

Asked by: Bsf1
Yes, under normal conditions, two of these will power up to a 15,000 BTU AC. Things like high altitude can reduce power output at a rate of 3.5% for every 1,000 ft. Please factor this in if this is relevant for your planned destinations. Thank you.

The 200A current rating must be a typo?

Asked by: rugger
Yes, it is a typo. 2,000 peak watts at 120V is a peak amperage of 16.67A.
