The Torin Big Red 1 Ton Chain Block provides an economical hand hoist capable of heavy-duty workloads. This chain block accessory has load-sharing gears to provide easy operation and the chain block is easy to handle, allowing you to get the job done. The chain block has a fully enclosed stamped steel housing which allows for outdoor use. The chain hoist is ideal for industrial application.
- Chain block has 2,000 lb. lifting capacity which is more than enough for most industrial applications
- Forged swivel hooks and latches are extra strong and built to last
- Hand-powered hoist uses load-sharing gears to make lifting heavy loads easy
- All rotating components are mounted on roller ball bearings to reduce friction and increase efficiency
- Fully enclosed automatic load brake
- Fully enclosed stamped steel housing allows for outdoor use
- The drop forged suspension and load hooks are made from high tensile steel
- Hooks are fitted with safety latches and are free to rotate 360 deg.
- The chain block accessory has gears and pinions which operate on supported roller bearings to increasing efficiency
- The hardened load sheave with four precision machined chain pockets use roller bearings for smooth operation and low wear
- Hand chain cover and slots accurately guide the hand chain
- Two guide rollers ensure accurate alignment of the load chain over the load sheave
- Zinc plated high tensile strength chain
