Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Product I started buying this product over since April 2018. I ran out of the alfalfa hay I had for my alpacas. After researching for this product, I decided it was going to be the best considering I noticed I have a lot of waste with the alfalfa hay I used to buy, because alpacas don't eat the stems. This product is amazing, is fresh, i have no waste, the alpacas love it. It is a shame that the Tractor Supply stores keep a very limited inventory, so I am searching to buy from other dealers of this company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I bought this within the past month and it was more like poor quality plant bedding than fresh hay: brown, crumbly, dust comes off it. I am using it for my rabbit's litter box as it isn't fit to give as feed.

Has this been beetle tested?

Asked by: mkm0009
The hay is grown in an area that is not prone to having beetles, and Atlantic Hay does have a robust Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program. All of their Alfalfa runs down an inspection line before being bagged.
