The AIMS Power 30A Solar Charge Controller is here! It's been revamped and improved to hold up to strenuous and continuous use. With simple and easy to use input and output terminals, this charge controller is perfect for the DIY project. This charge controller is capable of 400W continuous charge on a 12V solar system and 800W on a 24V solar system and will provide 30A per hour back into your batteries. To be used in conjunction with your 12V or 24V battery bank, this charge controller normalizes the volatile photo voltaic energy you get from the solar cells and make it into clean, usable DC Power to charge the batteries. The Charge Controller comes with a digital display with selectable amperage or voltage monitoring. It's small size means mounting options are limitless. At just under 7-1/2 in. by 5 in., this solar charge controller can fit in the tightest of confines, making it easy to mount in a vehicle, on a boat, in a cabin or wherever you deem fit. The Charge Controller is equipped with solar over current protection, limiting the amount of voltage delivered to the batteries to their respective voltage limits. It also comes with reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection and high temperature protection. This is perfect for charging Open lead acid, sealed and AGM style batteries throughout the daytime hours and is a great alternative to fossil fuel consuming gas and diesel generators. Designed for use with 10 AWG cable or larger, the 30A solar charge controller saves you money on copper as well.
