Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this food Our 2 dogs were eating Purina Pro Plan Salmon but suddenly didn't even want to sniff it. Also the supply has been inconsistent. Decided to switch to this after a recommendation from a breeder. They both love this food. They can't wait to eat and don't hesitate to gobble it up. Their coats are shiny and soft. Very Happy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this 4health dog food We have 5 rescue dogs and we give them all the 4health original chicken with rice. They do wonderful on it. Dont have to feed them a lot to keep them at a good weight and it keeps their coats in good shape. I would recommend this food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will never switch to another brand! I used Pedigree for years until I had a pup with skin issues. I researched and found great reviews of 4health dog food. The pup with skin issues cleared immediately and gained weight feeding less food! Now I have a jack russell, cur dog and Dalmatian on it. After several years they still get excited at breakfast and dinner time!!

it this food very good for dogs and cats

Asked by: wants truth
There are many cats that love dog food and vise versa. While an occasional bite of dog food will not hurt your cat, feeding it regularly can be quite detrimental to your cat’s health. This is because dogs and cats do not have the same requirements for nutrients like protein and amino acids. It is not recommended feeding this food to cats.

We have been feeding this food to our great dane for a while, but it seems that she needs more fiber. We have been feeding her the chicken and rice formula, do you have a higher fiber formula?

Asked by: Jericho97
The 4Health Chicken and Rice Adult Dog formula has 4% max crude fiber. The 4Health Grain-Free Chicken and Vegetables Adult Dog formula has 5% max crude fiber; many of the other 4Health Grain-Free formulas also have 5% max crude fiber. Our highest fiber formula is the 4Health Special Care Weight Management Formula for Adult Dogs with a max crude fiber of 10%.
