Buy Online Pickup In-Store is available in all stores. Look for the “Free in store Pickup” option on the product page
You can pick up your order yourself or you can designate another person to pick up your order by selecting an alternate person to pick up the order by clicking “Choose another person” during checkout.
The designated pick up person needs to bring a driver’s license or a government issued ID, and to help expedite the Pickup please bring the “ready for Pickup” email.
Please note some items may have age restrictions. Please ensure your designated Pickup person is old enough to pick up these items that have age restrictions.
Look for “Free In-Store Pickup” on the product pages for items that are available to be bought online and picked up in the store. If the item is not available to be picked up at the store, check to see if it is eligible to ship to your favorite Tractor Supply store.
Yes! You can add “Buy Online Pickup In-Store” items to your online order and have other items in the same order shipped to your home or shipped to your favorite Tractor Supply store. You can even have multiple pick up locations within the same order!
You will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up once we verify that the item is in sellable condition. You can pick up the item as soon as you receive the email. NOTE: This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.
Look for “Buy Online Pickup Here” signs in the store, or ask a Tractor Supply store team member for assistance.
We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and you will not be charged for the item(s).
