    How can I apply for a Tractor Supply Credit Card online?

    After I choose a payment type, how soon will you charge my account?

    Credit and debit cards are charged for the total of your order once the item ships. The total or the order funds are reserved as a pre-authorization when the order is placed and is removed if the order is canceled. Gift cards are debited as soon as the order is submitted.

    What is a payment pre-authorization?

    On orders paid with a credit or debit card, a payment pre-authorization is applied as soon as the order is submitted to reserve the total of your order while it is being processed. Once the order has actually shipped, the pre-authorized payment is eliminated and replaced with the actual 'charge' for the order.

    If, for any reason, the order does not ship or there is a problem with the product, the payment pre-authorization will generally disappear from your account after 3-5 business days, based on your banking institution's policy.

    How do I place a tax-exempt order online?

    You cannot currently place a tax-exempt order online. However, you can place a tax-exempt order by phone. Please call the Customer Solutions Center at 1-877-718-6750 and have your tax-exempt ID number available.

    What are your shipping rates?

    Our shipping costs are based on the actual weight, dimensions and destination of your order. We use shipping tables provided by UPS, USPS and our over-the-road common freight carrier partners to calculate the shipping costs charged to your order. Your order will be shipped from our online fulfillment warehouse located in Franklin, KY or any of our vendor partner locations. The final shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process, once the shipping destination is entered.

    Can I call my local store and have an item shipped to me?

    No, at this time local TSC stores are not able to ship directly to a customer's address.

    What carriers do you use to ship orders?

    Most of our packages are shipped UPS or USPS via the UPS SurePost program. For exceptionally large orders or for certain large products, we use over-the-road, common carrier trucks. For more details and information, view our Terms and Conditions.

    Can I track my order online?

    Yes. If you're a registered user, you can access your online account to check your order status and updates. Or without logging in, you can go to the order status page and use your order number and the zip code of the order's shipping address to view the order status. Once the order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number provided from your shipping confirmation e-mail or the order status page, and go to the carrier's website to continue tracking the shipment.     Gas-powered products cannot be shipped to any location once you have added gas or other fluids.     What is a gas-powered product?

    A gas-powered product is any product that requires gasoline or any other petroleum-based liquids for operation.

    I do not have my return label, where do I send an item I purchased online and would like to return?

    Online purchases may be shipped back to the Online Returns Center directly from your personal location (home, office, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: THE ADDRESS OF OUR ONLINE RETURNS CENTER HAS RECENTLY CHANGED.
