Judy Bradford masterfully displays her collections of pottery, vases, handbags, cars, and more in her Elkmont, Ala., home. She's carefully arranged and grouped each of her collections so they can best be appreciated — by her and visitors to her home.

"When you collect things, it's important to have a place to put them out for show," she says. "Keeping the collection together makes more of a statement than scattering bits and pieces all over the house."

    Judy's display of McCoy pottery
Judy chose a wall color specifically to complement her collections, such as this McCoy pottery, which includes unique petal vases, in the breakfast room.
    McCoy petal vases
McCoy petal vases, which are shaped like spring flowers, are hand painted, giving each one its own unique color combinations.
hand-painted china surrounding family photos on the wall
Delicate hand-painted china helps make a collection of family photos even more special. Again, note how the wall color she chose complements the collection.
antique purses, ceramic hands, and antique makeup compacts
The beauty of antique purses is apparent when they're displayed in a way that's easy to note their fine details and character. Judy's ceramic hands collection also serve to display the purses in a whimsical, unique way. And note the antique makeup compacts on the tabletop.
die-cast cars in an illuminated cabinet
An illuminated cabinet shows off an impressive collection of die-cast cars.
    antique advertising signs
Jerry's passion for cars is clear in this collection of antique advertising signs from automotive and gas companies, which hang in the shop where he restores antique cars.
    vintage Mustang
A vintage Mustang is right at home in Jerry's shop.
    antique signs on the barn
Antique automotive and gas signs are displayed on the side of the barn.
