    Bonnie Goldfarb's abundant zucchini crop, a little creative experimentation, and a love for chocolate resulted in a bread that's become a family favorite. Goldfarb, of Beachwood, Ohio, frequently experiments by mixing different ingredients — carrots, orange zest, other vegetables — into her zucchini bread recipe. Adding chocolate became an instant favorite of her family and friends.
