OMG Burgers

Submitted by Amy S. Barnes, Carthage, IN

“Everyone who has tried my burgers has exclaimed, “OMG,” after the first bite, writes Amy.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1½ pounds ground beef
  • 6-7 cloves garlic, diced (or to taste)
  • ½ cup crushed Caesar croutons
  • 1 large egg
  • Fresh cracked black pepper (to taste)
  •
  • Toppings:
  • Sliced cheese
  • Buns
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pickles

Directions

In a large bowl, combine first four ingredients and form into patties. Pepper one side, place pepper side down on a hot grill, then pepper the other side. Cook burgers to 160 degrees internally and toast buns. Remove from grill and build your burger with your favorite toppings.
