    Ingredients

    • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
    • 1 tsp. cider vinegar
    • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves crushed (or 3 tsp. chopped fresh basil)
    • ¼ tsp. minced garlic
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • â…› tsp. pepper
    • Pinch of sugar
    • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced ¼-inch thick
    • 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions

    Directions

In small mixing bowl mix oil, vinegar, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes so flavors can blend. Lay out sliced tomatoes on a flat pan.
