    Ranch Roasted Potatoes

    Dale, of Batesburg, S.C., improves on roasted potatoes by giving them a burst of ranch dressing flavor.

    Ingredients

    • 2 lbs. potatoes, cut into quarters
    • ¼ cup oil, vegetable or olive
    • 1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl, add oil, and toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again until coated. Spread potatoes on an ungreased baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes.

    Note from the Out Here kitchen: Top your Ranch Roasted Potatoes with a few cherry tomatoes mixed with finely-chopped green onions, a splash of both olive oil and lime juice, and a dash of salt and pepper. It brings out the ranch dressing taste.
