    Holly's Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe

    Holly has been cooking for a while, even though she's just 18. "Ever since I was a little kid, I've watched the Food Network," she says. "This is a recipe I made up."

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup olive oil
    • 1 tsp. ground pepper
    • 1 tsp. concentrated lemon juice
    • 4 chicken breasts

    Directions

    Whisk together olive oil, pepper, and lemon juice. Pour into a plastic storage bag with the chicken breasts. Refrigerate for one hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch, no-stick sprayed pan and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
